IVY is the top of the sales funnel. It runs a structured research pipeline: search for companies matching the ideal customer profile, enrich each prospect with detailed company intelligence, score them against weighted criteria, and push qualified leads into a shared pipeline. The scoring isn't binary.

IVY evaluates prospects across multiple dimensions (company size, tech stack, pain indicators, budget signals) and only forwards leads that cross a configurable threshold. Once a lead qualifies, it lands in a shared spreadsheet where other agents (email outreach, LinkedIn DMs) pick it up automatically. IVY also shares daily research summaries with the team, keeping everyone aligned on pipeline health and lead quality trends.

Operational Model

IVY runs a daily automated research pipeline on a fixed schedule. Each run executes the full sequence: search, enrich, score, and route. Results are written to a shared spreadsheet and a summary is posted to the team channel. IVY maintains a persistent memory of past research to avoid duplicates and refine scoring over time. The pipeline includes retry logic and graceful degradation if any upstream API is unavailable.
